8/12/2010 Nurse Practitioner .50 FTE or 20 hours per week for family practice office. Looking for candidate who specializes in Substance abuse. Hours would be 2 days per week and ½ day on Saturdays.

8/12/2010 Nurse Practitioner .40 FTE or 16 hours per week for Family Practice located in New Buffalo Michigan. Schedule would be Wednesdays and Fridays.

Note: The above positions could be combined for a candidate with the substance abuse specialty to make a full time position.

8/30/10 Greeter/Receptionist .75 FTE or 30 hours per week. Hours are Monday through Thursday 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Must have excellent people and customer service skills with ability to work with a diverse population. Computer skills are required with Excel Spreadsheet experience highly preferred.

03/9/2010 Coding & Reimbursement Specialist Full time/salaried Certified Coder with minimum 2 years experience, multispecialty experience preferred. This person will conduct coding/compliance audits for all providers annually and as needed; reviews compliance in use of new codes and other CMS initiatives. Provides at least annual training of staff and providers based on audit findings and new codes/regulations. Communicates regularly with providers based on identified needs. Assists in facilitating PQRI reports by providing instructions to staff and providers. Assists Compliance Office and Risk Manager with organizing and reporting meetings, follow-up and monitoring as directed. Other related duties as assigned. This is a full time salaried position.

06/01/10 RN/LPN 1.0 FTE or 40 hours per week. Preference for candidate with 3-5 years working in physician practice. Will be responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, scheduling clinical testing, organizing lab work and testing results for the physician. Other duties include rooming patients, patient education and performing in office testing.

08/9/2010 Certified Medical Assistant 1.0 FTE or 40 hours for week for busy Family Practice office. Will be responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, Scheduling clinical testing, organizing lab work and testing results for the physician. Other duties include rooming patients, patient education.

08/05/10 Optical Receptionist 1.0 FTE prior optical experience is highly preferred with some experience helpful. Position will be primarily at the Woodland site but candidates must have the ability to float among optical offices. Requires detail orientation, ability to multi-task in a busy office environment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills a must.

08/26/2010 RN/LPN 1.0 FTE for Valparaiso Express Care and Working Well. Must have strong clinical skills with experience in Occupational health and or urgent care medicine strongly preferred. Position requires strong organizational and critical thinking skills along with ability to function as a positive team member in a busy medical office environment serving a diverse population.

08/26/2010 Medical Assistant/Receptionist 1.0 FTE for fast paced Express Care and Occupational health center located in Valparaiso. Requires MA certification and ability to cross train as front office receptionist. Candidate should have previous medical office experience along with strong organizational and customer service skills with ability to work with a diverse population.
